We are finding many of the small construction businesses we deal with are having trouble organizing working at heights training for their employees.  One of the main issues facing them is they do not have enough employees to schedule a training session for just their company.   These companies generally have less than six employees and none of the large safety companies want to schedule a session at the company's facilities for that few trainees.

That is where Redhead H&S comes in.   The majority of the companies we train have less than 10 employees and we will go to them to do the training.  Two weeks ago we were in Flamborough conducting working at heights training for three companies,  total employees six.   One of the companies had four employees and the other two companies each had one.   We conducted the training in one of the owner's heated garages. The owner set-up tables and chairs for the trainees, we provided the projector, screen and white board, plus all the equipment.
